D, open the oil slick removal device (except without the oil slick removal device) to start the oil slick removal, so the water pump is still on, the water surface is calm, and the oil discharge effect is good. After the oil slick is basically removed, the oil removal is stopped, and the oil discharge is carried out during the lunch break.
